PLEASE NOTE: TO TAKE THIS COURSE YOU MUST HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE GREEN BELT PROGRAM. WE OFFER THE GREEN BELT PROGRAM – IT RUNS A FEW WEEKS BEFORE THIS ONE
This intensive 5-day Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course empowers experienced professionals to lead complex business improvement initiatives, mentor Green Belt teams, and align operational improvements with strategic priorities. Built on the renowned methodologies of Lean (originating from Toyota’s production system) and Six Sigma (pioneered by Motorola and GE), this program equips participants with advanced tools and leadership insights to drive measurable, sustainable improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Participants must already be certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts. The course builds on that foundation, introducing advanced statistical tools, Design for Six Sigma (DfSS), experimental design methods, regression analysis, and leadership strategies for successful change management. On completion, delegates receive a Certificate of Successful Completion and a detailed Transcript of Marks.
Why This Course Is Important
